Welcome to Verbis Graph (“Verbis” or the “Platform”), developed by Prodigy AI Solutions. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Verbis Graph software and services available through https://verbisgraph.com and cloud marketplaces (including AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, or others).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for enterprise users or individuals over 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization (if applicable) and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Platform Overview
Verbis Graph is an AI infrastructure layer enabling advanced document analysis, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge-graph-based capabilities. It is offered as a hosted service and via marketplace deployments.
Operational Disclaimer: Users acknowledge that the Platform utilizes artificial intelligence, which may occasionally produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs. The Service is intended to augment human workflows; consequently, all outputs should be subject to human verification for accuracy and suitability.
Features may vary by deployment. Marketplace deployments are subject to the license, usage, and billing terms of the respective marketplace provider.
3. Beta Features and Availability
Parts of the Platform may be offered as beta or pre-release features. You acknowledge that such features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or contain errors.
4. User Content & Uploaded Data
You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant Prodigy AI Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit such content solely to provide the Platform’s services.
- Infringes third-party intellectual property
- Contains unauthorized personal, health, or financial data
- Violates laws or regulations
- Contains malware or harmful code
We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable. Uploaded data may be deleted after inactivity or according to your service tier. You may request deletion at any time by emailing ab@verbisgraph.com.

6. Licensing & Marketplace Deployments
- Non-exclusive, limited-use license
- No sublicensing or resale
- Billing handled by the marketplace provider
7. Intellectual Property
All technology, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Prodigy AI Solutions. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or build competing services.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, circumvent safeguards, or process regulated data without consent. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
9. Electronic Communications
You consent to receiving electronic communications related to the Platform.
10. Forward-Looking Statements
Roadmaps and feature announcements are non-binding and subject to change.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERBIS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED. ANY RELIANCE ON OUTPUTS FROM THE PLATFORM IS AT THE USER’S OWN RISK.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
In all events, Verbis’s total aggregate liability shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) one hundred euros (€100); or (b) the total fees paid by you to Verbis in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Prodigy AI Solutions for claims arising from misuse of the Platform.
14. Third-Party Services
Integrations with third-party services are governed by their own terms.
15. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, misuse, or legal requirements.
16. Modifications
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and applicable EU law.
