Cookie Policy (Cookie Management Charter)
1. Introduction
Prodigy AI Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) attaches great importance to respecting your privacy and invites you to read this Cookie Policy to understand how cookies and similar technologies are used.
This Policy applies to users (“Users”, “you”) of our website and services (the “Service”), i.e., any person who accesses and navigates the Service as a customer, prospect, or general internet user.
Subject to your consent, cookies may be stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet). You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time by deleting/blocking cookies in your browser settings (see section 6.3).
2. Data controller (Responsible for processing)
The data controller for cookie-related processing is:

3. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies can record information about your browsing in order to enable certain features and, where applicable, help website operators understand how their Service is used.
Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others remain for a defined period (persistent cookies), unless you delete them.
4. Cookies used by Verbis Graph Engine – Prodigy AI Solutions (GA4 via GTM / Google tag)
We favor transparency. On this Service, we use only analytics cookies (audience measurement) in order to understand how Users interact with the Service and to improve performance and user experience.
4.1 Analytics tool used
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), implemented through Google Tag Manager (“GTM”) and the Google tag.
- GTM is a tag management solution that allows us to deploy and manage measurement tags on our Service. GTM can load tags (such as GA4) that may set cookies depending on your consent choice.
- GA4 is used to produce aggregated statistics (for example: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, interactions/events, and traffic source information).
4.2 Purpose of analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us to:
- measure audience and usage of the Service (e.g., visits, sessions, interactions);
- understand how Users navigate and engage with pages/features;
- detect and fix performance issues and improve content and usability.
We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising, retargeting, or cross-site advertising purposes.
4.3 When analytics cookies are set
Analytics cookies are set only if you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner. If you refuse, we do not set analytics cookies.
5. Cookie list (GA4 analytics only – via GTM / Google tag)
The cookies set can vary depending on configuration and implementation. The following cookies are commonly used by GA4 when enabled:
Analytics (audience measurement) cookies
| Cookie name | Provider | Purpose | Duration (typical) | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Analytics (GA4) / first-party | Stores a Client ID used to distinguish users and generate statistical data | Up to 2 years (may vary by configuration) | Analytics |
_ga_<id> |
Google Analytics (GA4) / first-party | Used to persist session state and associate interactions with a specific GA4 property | Up to 2 years (may vary by configuration) | Analytics |
6. Your consent and how to manage cookies
6.1 Cookie banner
When you first visit the Service, a cookie banner lets you:
- Accept analytics cookies; or
- Refuse analytics cookies.
If you refuse, we do not set analytics cookies.
Your choice may be stored to remember your preference (typically for up to 6 months), so we do not ask you again each time you visit.
6.2 How to withdraw consent (no “Cookie Settings” available)
Because we do not currently provide a dedicated “Cookie Settings” button on the Service, you can withdraw your consent at any time by:
- Deleting cookies stored by our website in your browser; and/or
- Blocking cookies via your browser settings (instructions in section 6.3).
After you delete/block cookies, the banner may reappear on your next visit and you will be able to make your choice again.
You may also contact us at ab@verbisgraph.com if you need assistance.
6.3 Modifying your preferences through your browser
You can configure your browser settings to block cookies, delete cookies already stored, or be alerted when cookies are being set. Instructions are available at:

7. International data transfers (GA4 / Google)
GA4 is provided by Google. Depending on how Google operates its services and where you are located, analytics data may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where such transfers occur, they are intended to be protected by appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses and/or other measures used by the provider, as applicable).
For more information about Google’s data processing in connection with analytics, you can consult Google’s documentation and privacy information.
8. Your rights
Where applicable (notably under the GDPR), you may have rights regarding your personal data, including: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, you can contact us at: ab@verbisgraph.com
